Experience:
Delivering white-glove support to premium clients through tailored and rapid solutions, providing guidance in both configuring and troubleshooting bespoke API integrations for our SaaS application. Acting as a mentor to junior colleagues, providing knowledge-sharing, guidance on best practices, and support in developing their technical troubleshooting skills.
Collaborating with client organizations to customize and support a tailored SaaS application, leveraging technical expertise and API knowledge for configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring alignment with the client's operational needs.
